All Things Paper - Always with Options

Here at Sign it With Love we pride ourselves in giving each of our clients many options to choose from. For the brides who know exactly what they want, we’ll play around with different fonts and layouts. And for those that tell us to go at it with our own ideas, we always try to come up with three totally different looks. Of course knowing a little bit about our clients is always helpful: style, interests, what they don’t like.


A few months back my friend Meghan over at Klein Creek Golf Club in Winfield, IL asked me to work on her brother’s upcoming rehearsal dinner invitations. (Side note: Meghan is the oh-so-great event coordinator over there. I could not have gotten through my own wedding without her. Love her! Okay, sorry back to paper!) She didn’t give me much direction, except that the couple was going to Italy for their honeymoon.

This is what I sent her to look through:

Her and her mom loved the postcard and then wanted to actually send postcards as the invitations, which meant this baby needed a front design. The two they couldn’t choose between were these, but in the end they chose the Italy stamp. And that last one is the final back to the postcard.

So there you have it, a like story behind the postcard rehearsal dinner invites! What do you think, which one would you have picked?
